Great question! Range Gripper can be used on the golf course to hold your tees, keys, golf balls, unlit tobacco products, small Bluetooth speakers, cameras, suntan lotion, bug spray, lip balm, jewelry, watch, and so on – whatever small items you carry.
Hunters use the Range Gripper in their tree stands and on four-wheelers while moving through the woods. It can also can be used in your car to secure personal items such as your mobile phone, wallet, camera, lip balm, baby bottles, jewelry, pens, and so on. Anything you don’t want rattling around in your cupholder can be placed in the Range Gripper. Any vehicle or stationery location (folding deck chair, wheelchair, baby stroller, treadmill, armchair, desktop, etc.) that has a cup holder is a good candidate for a Ranger Gripper.
Yes. Each Range Gripper comes with a lifetime warranty for normal wear and tear. Deliberate damage to the unit is not covered under this warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Completed orders will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email you specify. It will contain a tracking number so that you can track your order from door to door.

Shipping times and delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for late shipments and do not provide refunds for shipping costs. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact Customer Service directly.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Range Gripper purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse request a full refund (LESS Shipping and Handling) or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To submit a re-quest, please submit a request from our contact us page.

Returns must be unused, in the condition you received them. We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. Please note there will be NO refund on shipping and handling cost.

Warranty Policy

Each and every Range Gripper purchased either from our website or from an authorized retailer comes with our standard lifetime warranty.

TERMS:

Range Gripper warrants and guarantees that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product.

The Range Gripper warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse or neglect. We do not provide refunds for items that are lost or stolen or are damaged due to negligent use or storage of the product.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

A jpeg (digital) photograph of the damaged parts and/or the Ran ge Gripper is necessary as part of the warranty assessment. We process claims on a case-by -case basis and cannot guarantee the final outcome, though we promise to do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and our customer service.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Rangegripper respects copyright laws so make sure you own the rights or have permission to use any of the images you upload for us to print. If you’re not sure if you own copyright or permission to an image you probably don’t. We have the right to reject or refuse to print any images that do not follow copyright laws or that do not comply with our “user conduct” terms of use.

We will never use, sell, promote, or print any of your images without your prior written consent – it’s your work and it can’t be used in any way without your permission.

The files you upload are stored on our secure servers and may remain there for back-up purposes in case you need a reprint or your piece is damaged in shipment. If you want us to permanently delete your images from our server please let us know when you place your order and we will gladly comply. Otherwise files may be deleted off our server every six months without any notification. Make sure you back up your images.

Files you send to us to be scanned will be treated with the utmost care and will be returned to you (unless you specify otherwise) but we can’t be held responsible for photos that are lost in transit or damaged while out of our hands.
